Lovely little pommes that birds love. We have 2 big bushes against the house. Great display in spring as well when they flower ...clusters of little white flowers.Bush is very thorny.

It is very common on Vancouver Island RK, but being on the west coast we do not have harsh winters.

That is right, I forgot my geography haha. The west coast is beautiful too but I have never been that far north on the west coast. You are further north than I am but close to the ocean so climate is not as harsh, I need to move out that way!

We are in zone 7 Rk. But the climate is wet during the winter so I cannot grow as many plants as I'd like to.
Some need cold winters and lots of plants get mildew. My few roses for example.

That is a nice plant, I've never tried one because I didn't think it would make it through winter here. How has it done for you?
