Cosmos grown from seed with a glowing Choysia ternata 'Sundance' beyond. That's a Rhus typhina on the right, about to turn red, and before that there's a glaucous Euphorbia characias wulfenii.

When the Rhus colours up you will have some fantastic contrasts :o)
