That is lovely,San..I like the way you have captured the the colours in the water,reflecting from the greenery of the trees..in fact it just all looks so real..if you know what I mean :o) The bare trees are great too..well done..what a long way you have come,in such a short time..definitely your thing :o) xx

Yes, it's wonderful to be totally absorbed in something creative like that: you just feel lost to the world. This is definitely one of your best, San - it's so subtle :))

This painting has a depth to it and the light is just right Sandra. Really lovely. Obviously your forte.

glad you all like this one , only thing is where to keep all of them, being large canvas`s its not easy, Blackpool isnt the art centre of england so selling isnt easy, iv decided to give odd ones to charity shop, which will be to do with cancer as its affected me now a couple of times and also my brother has skin cancer which can only be treated not cured.
Iv been thinking about doing this for a while now, so think its a good idea dont you:o)) xxx

aww thanx Janey, glad you like it to, it is a bit surreal with its colours, i love lots of colour, i think going to art gives me peace as i dont think about anything but what im painting, also the great friends iv made and tea break with lots of chat and fun :o)) xx

Gosh it is looking really good Sandra. I have done a lot of work for the hospice in Glasgow and my dad paintings were auctioned at large dinners we arranged to make funds. We made more money that way. :0)

I do hope you find a place to show this as many people would get enjoyment from this ! Congrats!

How strange is that I've poped in to have a quick look and found your picture were doing trees today at our art class. Your's looks brilliant San.Haven't been on much had a lot of upset the beginning of the year......

Which medium do you prefer to paint with most ? I have just finished the one of the Fox's with Oil on card. But i like Acrylic because it dry's faster. I like water colour but i feel its to thin so it take's age's to build up especially fur :0)
