Waxwings

How lovely for you Milky! Did you hear their chirruping? It is such a pretty sound! We haven't seen them this year, but as they usually only arrive before extreme cold, I'm not so sad!

Yes they do make a lovely sound, thats what brought them to my attention, and a big thanks to Karensusan and Delonix for the prior warning about extreme cold........like we havent had enough of that in the last week.......lol....Paulthegard.....keep your eye out for them is we are in Hornchurch....you may see them

Never anything quite so exotic in my gardene Milky! But, I live in hope as we're not that far awy from you!

They are really special birds, lovely that they are still here, they were a few miles down the road from here in early December.

Well it looks like Delonix was right.....a week later and the weather has really turned cold and bitter.........lol

Cold wind but nice sun today in London, saw one of the paraqueets but couldn't get it's photo :-(
