I am San,but haven't touched it for weeks. I'm very busy knitting a throw for Rachel just now, but I will get back to it soon. I find it very hard to paint...I am so self-critical, and that is hard to get past, which is sad, because I love painting!...bit mental really, but there we have it ;)

karen all artists are self critical to a point, always think our paintings need an extra something, just have to draw the line somewhere and say to yourself its finished haha.
my trouble is im impatient haha, sometimes get fed up before its finished lol, not with this one though, but some i am especially with perspectives :(

im very pleased with this sticki, but i do enjoy painting flowers, my fav subject in painting :o)))

thats why it works so well ~ you love the flowers and the painting!

Julia you might feel more like painting when the summer comes and you see things to inspire you, but no good if your not in the mood is it.

It's beautiful San, and sooo lifelike! I too thought it was a real one at first. I bet you've loved painting it....you could be far away in the sun with every brush stroke...:))

Thanx Linda, im still going to the art society and carole who does tuesdays is very helpfull if you need to know anything, its not a class but she is more than helpfull to everyone who goes, your right it does take over and you totally lose yourself :o)) x
