You have a very thoughtful husband!

wow, you could certainly do a lot of shifting with that! always provided that you could lift the handles when the barrow was full -or would that be his part of the job?

come to that, it'd make an excellent mobile planter - or is that what it's intended for and I'm just slow on the uptake??

great pressie Barbara, kind Hubby :o)

No, it's for me to use. We did actually need a second wheelbarrow, and he found this beauty on the net for me. It was indeed very thoughtful. I shall enjoy using it! No carting rocks around in it, though. The other metal one can be used for that.

is it protected from sun and heat-cold? it looks like some kind of plastic, and some types of that don't take kindly to being exposed to UV rays or weather extremes.

I might have to move it, then. Thanks for the warning! No problem today - it's raining.

some kinds of plastic might have better protection - and surely an item designed to be used outdoors should have some built in!

maybe you could check online and see what it's made of, and how UV-resistant it is,

I'll ask my husband to do that - he bought it on-line.

Designer style Spritz! You'll locate this easy, that's unless you've left it near the lavender, nepeta or lilac.......:))

Love that colour, no room for wheel barrows of any sort now........have put a pic on for you B.

Janey, I had to laugh because the new wall border is partly planted in lavender shades, including Nepeta 'Walker's Low'. It's exactly the same colour so my new barrow would be camouflaged. :-D)

Been to see the photo, Dd. I'm madly jealous. :-Z

It's true, it is lighter. I mustn't try putting heavy weights in it...

14 Jun, 2013

Oh I like that Spritz.....colour coordinating the garden with tools.....very designer style......would go down great at Chelsea....:))
