Thanks all , we grow a few vegetables Sandra mostly our favs , we grow more fruit Raspberries /Strawberries etc as they are always more expensive to buy ..Karen I shape the leaves over the forming cauli and then tie string round the top to keep the cauli cosy inside ..it works ...Carole that's my favourite way of eating it delicious ....

It was Hywel ,we had half of it with our dinner this evening , I like it raw as well especially with a nice dip ...

Cauliflower cheese is a favourite here too. Bet it tastesd 10 times better than any shop bought one.
