Winter garden

Yes, I'm building up my conifer collection.....recently treated myself to a Blue Spruce...it's just gorgeous!

These are my first tries at topiary, girls, all three are gold crest conifers, I would say they're about 5 years old Sandra, I've two box plants I'm hoping will shape up next spring too. yes they come into their own in winter.

Beautiful Blue Spruce Karen and you have the room now, I took mine out as it didn't grow well in my walled garden.
That's the hydrangea in the blue pot you sent me Karen, it's done really well this year, I shall plant it in the garden in the spring, give it more room....:))

Thanks Posy, this is the first garden I've had where there isn't a vista, so I try and create detail in the space there is. Hope it's not too cold yet where you are......

In should like to try my hand at some pyramids, maybe a project for next year...methinks. And, at some point some pavers or brick tiles over the concrete.....
