Yes, I love it Amy, I wasn't sure I could paint the feet, but I'm quite pleased with them. Have you had your busy weekend? Hope it all went well.

Yes Janey it was this weekend they arrived Friday and left yesterday,it was busy but good on Saturday we walked along the beach and back through the pine woods and then had dinner at a hotel in the evening ,my poor leg is still strapped up I have an appointment to have the dressing changed again on Wednesday !! I don't think I told you I tripped over a rusty garden frame in the garden last week slicing it open It was a quick trip to the surgery with blood pouring down my leg the nurse used several sutures to pull it together , Ouch !! xx

Reflections are Wonderful to paint, Janey, the sea not easy . . but it's such fun trying! I bet you'll do some lovely work.

Great idea Janey. We've just come back from the Scilly Isles, and I took one or two not-very-good photos of the sea there: it is SO crystal clear that I decided I'd love to try and paint it. Not sure when I'll fit that in though!

Oh you must find the time Sheila! I would love to visit there, have you some photos of Tresco for us? Looking forward to seeing your painting, now will it be with watercolours?

Yes Janey, about 70 photos to sort through, with some of the Abbey Gardens on Tresco. I'll do a blog (maybe two blogs) very soon. I'd wanted to go for years, and in spite of mixed weather the islands are beautiful!

Yes, my favourite medium is watercolour, but don't hold your breath :))
