13 years is a long time to keep a Fuchsia! Is it the original plant or is it from a cutting at some time?

It was a gift as a cutting,Balcony..and it's been in the same place all the time..I'm amazed it's kept going too ! :o) I give it a good mulch for winter, and feed in late spring, and that's it..Quite slow to get going, but once it does,it romps away..I think a lot of Fuchsia's tend to flower a bit later than other plants..they do in my garden,anyway..
