My White and the Mauvey, each had a few rubbishy flowers, since a couple of weeks ago. Too poor to photograph. Without bringing them inside, I wonder what I could do to improve them, maybe a little glass cover?

Truly beautiful little flower with such a wonderful shade of blue. Does Samantha Cameron know about this one?!

Thanks Girls I have to agree the colour is wonderful , Sue maybe one of those little plastic cloche's would help to protect the plant over winter you can uncover it as soon as the evenings become lighter to encourage it , I use a lot of the ones from pound land in my greenhouse a packs of 3 for a £1 .. Chris I doubt if S.C . ever does any gardening she wasn't to bad at baking did you see her on celebrity bake off ,I bet she had plenty of people advising her throughout the practice sessions before the show !!

We do Siris..we have lots of these kind of shops now. more than any of the others ,it seems..same everywhere,in our town centres..but affordable for many people..I can see both sides.,and I do use them myself..Bird food, packs of bulbs etc are good..

A very beautiful blue, Amy!
People from the allotments sometimes buy those cloches from £land but the wind so easily pulls them out of the ground that they end up scattered all over the allotments field!
Seeing what the wind does to them I've never bought any!

They are probably better suited to greenhouses Balcony they are very light ... I read where a new range of gardening stuff is coming into Poundland by that woman who use to garden without a Bra my mind has gone blank I can't think of her name Grrrr .........

Yes, I think you are right, Bloomer. I haven't seen anything about a new gardening range yet at £land here. No doubt they will bring the range out once Spring has sprung or Easter is finished.
