Such a good idea to plant them in a strawberry planter! I shall show this photo to my daughter-in-law as I gave her my planter.

They are beautiful Feverfew! And a lovely perfume when you open your door!

Ty. My neighbour gave me the planter last year & I just thought I’d plant it up for the winter. It’s lucky the 3 colours have flowered at the same time as that doesn’t always happen with different varieties. They will come out of the pot later, then I must think of something else pretty for the summer. I’m not going for strawberries, I will go to local Pick your Own!

Wow, how beautiful they are Ff, and I bet the scent is amazing! The magenta one in the centre is lovely with the paler pinks. I've just noticed the euphorbia which is leaps ahead of mine!

Thank you. I like the magenta one too. I haven’t noticed any scent, unless I get right down & sniff them, but then it’s been so wet. Indoors,Hyacinths scent can be quite overpowering I find.

Magenta is a good name. When I had this lovely colour a year or two ago, it was called Beetroot!

Isn't it so nice when you get a lot of them together in one place? Different colours also seem to work very well together!

For an instant I thought they were mine! I have a pot with many different colours all flowering at the same time, just like yours, FF! 👍I shall have to upload one of mine to my photos page later.

Ty all for your comments. Beetroot isn’t a very nice name for the magenta one, is it. Glad you have a nice potful also Balcony. When the flowers die, should I cut them off or let the plant do what it wants & make seed? I shall plant them in the ground & buy fresh for next year.

Best to remove the flowers & any seedpods that may have formed - unless you are interested if growing some from seed! 😆 That way they can build up strength for next year!

That's what you would do with anything grown from a bulb, corm, tuber, etc. so they can build up energy for flowering the following year.
