Thanks all , it,s brilliant , We lit it this morning and have only just put a bit more coal on this afternonn . lovely and warm and cosy .

Will be doing some chestnuts tonight .......LOL

No Arlene it dosn,t heat the water or central heating , we have had things like that before they always seem to be trouble with leaks etc. :0)
