Just these three. I was surprised it bloomed at all. I'm thinking it'll bloom more full with more cutting back, Ive been putting it off. :-)

The leaves look quite fleshy. can it tolerate lack of water ?

Thanks, I'm glad you enjoy. :-) You can link to more lipstick blooms in my garden, I have a sequence of them, shows all the different cycles of blooming, this variety is particularly hairy and red.
I have been told not to overwater them, Hywel. It does seem to prefer life on the dry side. Its been growing like crazy and I only water every third of fourth watering cycle, so about every three weeks. Its similar to my goldfish plant, but that requires steady tending of water to bloom.
I think more trimming than I am doing will result in more blooming as well.
