This is a real beauty.....

Gorgeous centaurea. I had one but it didn't come through winter. Thought it would for sure. Now I know where to come look at it. :-)

Beautiful. I bet that you hope this one spreads.

Really lovely, that one Spritz!

That is beautiful, Spritz :-)

Thanks - and Toto, it does!!! :-)))) It seems to behave in the same way as the blue one, so I'm gathering babies in pots. I planted this about 18 months ago, I suppose, and it's a lovely sized clump now, plus seedlings in 'odd' places.

That's wonderful. I wish you well to enjoy it.

Thank you....any room down in Essex?

Haven't seen this one Barbara. I've got the purple & plain white. It's lovely

We have lots of room in Essex but more importantly, is the other one behaving itself?
8 May, 2010
I have it in a pot, waiting to see the colour - so I know where to plant it!. The buds are almost open, so it shouldn't be long now. :-))
I'll PM you, Toto.

Sorry Pam - missed your comment. Yes, it's a little different, isn't it!

I looked for one at our plant sale yesterday, but no luck.

Oh dear - shame. They are around - I saw some at a GC recently.

LOL. I wonder if he's seen it? I'm off back to bed..I couldn't sleep, so I've been catching up. You're up early!
13 May, 2010
A new one on me, and so lovely, my "must have booklet" is getting chocoblock, and before long I shall be broke.
13 May, 2010
I know that feeling well, Titchy! lol.
13 May, 2010
I thought it was six and went and made a cup of tea and when I got back to bed suddenly realised it was a lot earlier than that.
13 May, 2010
I can't go and make tea if I'm up in the night - Henry sleeps in the kitchen, and he'd think it was his breakcast time! :-(((
