I am currently growing trailing cherry tomatoes in a hanging basket. They are flourishing very well but I need to know if I have to pinch out any part of the growth similar to standard tomatoes grown from the ground upwards

I have been growing hanging tomatoes in baskets for quite a few years and have never pinched out the side shoots. They do very well for me.

Hey, Mike! Once was enough!
I would say no, but we grow tomatoes differently here in the desert.
