Christmas wishes to all

It will be a very different Christmas compared to previous years but lets hope we can all talk to family and friends even if we cant see them in the flesh.

I have been making cross-stitch cards for my daughters. This year they have robins and they are padded behind them so they don’t look ‘square’.

I know they keep them and then they end up as tree ornaments.
This is Elizabeth’s and it is her 29th as she is 28 now.

This is Victoria’s and it is her 24th.

Stay safe and well and lets hope that 2021 is much better.

They are really pretty and a lovely sentiment at Christmas. My daughter-in-law gave me something similar last Christmas . . . a gift to treasure!

What a lovely idea Seaburn! I have never tried cross stitch and don't think I would have the patience for it!
Happy Christmas to you and yours!

it is really easy Rose and I find it a good 'mindless' sewing task when watching tv. Especially small projects that aren't to complex. Some of the bigger ones are less so.

They are lovely , I have some and little ornaments that my girls made for me years ago, I treasure things like that and they appear each year, it will be quiet for us as its safer to celebrate apart, doorstep deliveries and back home again, we have a Zoom Session planned for when we are opening our presents, that will no doubt be hilarious ....
Have a Happy Christmas Seaburn, xx

Thank you for the kind comments and best wishes for next year.

I am still coughing so it looks as it is long covid as it is a month ago that I caught it. Ah well it could be so much worse.
