got on today even though it was raining and potted up some seedlings in dire need of potting on, Penstenoms, Jacque’s Lupin seeds she sent me, Hollyhocks and planted some dwarf runner beans my friend gave me which i’m going to try in a pot.
The Victoria plum tree is covered in blossom, hope we don’t get a frost or it’ll kill it off, going to be a good year for plums!!
I planted the Clematis in the archway put some slate stones on top to keep its roots in shade and to keep the moisture in, its raining so will add photo later.
Planted some white Foxgloves that i started off last year should flower this year, then came in for a sit down and another cuppa!!!
Grandaughter coming tomorrow so won’t get much done then, unless its nice enough for her to ‘help’ Grandma!!

You've been busy and reminded me that I meant to grow some hollyhocks this year. I wonder if I am too late to start some now? A house nearby always has them and they always look so good.

I am in the same predicament as you, I need a bigger greenhouse. Nettos flyer shows a walk in greenhouse for 25 pounds, a bit like a slightly bigger mini greenhouse, it could be dismantled and put in the garage until next year, might be worth a look. Just think of all the extra seeds you could sow!
Oh no. I could go on forever.

I bought 4 young lupins yesterday and at a closer look noticed 2 seedlings per pot. so now have 8 lupins in pots :o)
