A Bluebell walk, inspired by KarenSue's painting!

My hubby and I rarely have a few hours free together, except when we’re gardening. So on this Easter Monday morning, we decided to go out to our local bluebell wood. Another lovely day . . . but I think Karen’s painting is better than our pics!
Next is OH leading the way (he knows I have no sense of direction)
Then he took a couple with his phone . . wonderful vista of blue as far as the eye could see . .
We thought it was lovely – hope you enjoyed the walk too!

That is stunning, my local Bluebell wood is all wired off this year and we cant get access so disappointed

Thanks everyone. Isn't that strange, Daisy, that's exactly what happened to ours last year, so we were relieved earlier to find the wood was open.

That's lovely! How on earth did I miss this blog? Sorry Sheila. It's so ironic because having painted that picture (which is now framed and on the wall of the guest room), I haven't actually been on a bluebell walk....in fact, I don't think I've EVER been on a bluebell walk in my life, well not that I can recall. I really need to get my act together don't I!! lol....lovely photos, thank you! x
