Nice photos Sheila, looks a bit bleak there.

Cinders - I actually put on 8 photos in total, dunno where the others went 'cos they uploaded OK??? It was quite bleak here yesterday!

The photos that disappeared were better!!! There was a lovely one of a big local pond, which has a massive weeping wilowing dipping into the water. Never mind.:D)

Nice view of the priory ,Sheilar..I don't know South Shields,but have been through N.shields,to Whitley bay,and places higher up..Whitburn village looks nice..:o)

Paul, there shouldn't have been any link! They were just ordinary photos (I wouldn't know how to organise a 'link'!!lol) but for some reason they didn't all upload although I was told they had. I just put the missing ones onto my photo section (I know how to do that without messing up!!!!)

It's just an ordinary three bed pre-war semi on the outskirts of Sunderland City. I'll put a photo on some time just for you Steragram!

It is such a shame that not everyone takes a pride in their environment. I wish we could all live somewhere like Whitburn Village. We could if everyone did their bit. Lovely photos Sheilar.

i keep thinking i ought to do one for where i live but im not sure its as interesting ~ be good if we all did one tho then we would have a really good idea of areas all round the country.

You live in a lovely place. Its interesting to have the priory ruins near by.
I wonder why the other photos didn't come out. I get trouble puting photos aswell. Maybe you could add them on.

Go on Sticki, do it. I will try to get round to it as well - not many gardens but lots of nice scenery.

Yorkshire and I have done some of our area,a while ago,Sticki..so yes,I would like to see other areas as well..It would be a nice insight..like a mini travel guide :o))

it wont be as wonderful as yours but if i stretch the town to a couple of miles around it we have some pretty places that are worth a photo ~ will have a go when i can.

I'm sure it will be very nice,Sticki..we are lucky,it's almost on our doorstep,but some of them,are within a two mile radius..and a bit more ! It's still your area..:o)

The pictures you put on are lovely and I think we are all hoping for an indian summer.Can we have a look at your garden next, Sheilar.I think its a great idea Stickie, for us all to put pics. on of our local areas, although I would have to go out of town to find some nice places.
