Iris - A change of face

This flowerhead was one of my casualties in the winds recently.
It not surprising that it snapped off as the head is about 8" (20cm) on a stem of about a metre tall. Whopping!
I want to use this for my log identity picture, as I did not knowingly put the original there. Watch that space! In the mean while here are photos of survivors.
I don’t know what it is called as I bought it over 20 years ago as Warbash, another packeted garden store purchase.
Looks like a Cayeux variety, I love it.

Thanks Simbad, I sellotaped the broken flowerhead to the statue for the photo. The clump is actually in a different border.
