Thank goodness for a few bread crumbs.

and very deep snow, whereabouts is this please Siris? thought you were in this country but obviously not as we have not seen any snow as deep as this here since 2010/11.

French Alps, Olive. Very very rarely see snow in Hampshire. In 1962 I think, about a foot fell and remained for a couple of weeks, and my school was closed.

Too bad to ski then? didn't you have any snow in 2010 we did and it was quite deep, have several photos of the garden under snow..will put one one for you ....it is very cold here OH been out to wrap up some of the tender plants, snow is forecast!! ....

amazed at the pictures so i read your profile - hampshire????? read on........... ah. don't think i could handle the french alps. i would get frostbite just looking at your photographs.

Dd, just one day in 2012, nothing like 1962?, when as a child I lived in Bournemouth
Maisiesdad, also thick fog, not pleasant.

We have snow here in Scotland......it is very cold.

Thanks Terra, the birds don,t stay long. Must need a lot of food to sustain them in the cold weather.
I think Uk cold and snow chills the bones. Linda , Keep warm.

As far as we can tell Sue ,the garden looks weird with so many plants wrapped in fleece they look like statues Lol.. the birds are feeding like crazy I keep giving them extra supplies plus Charlie our regular pheasant who always turns up in the winter he brought his wife with him this morning that was nice to see :o)
