Pot to product

While looking for something else on the Internet (isn’t it always the way?) I came across this bird feeder made from recycled pot.
Now it isn’t particularly cheap (£8) so I think I will be keeping my money and making my own – old plant pot, wire coat hanger, bit of dowel (that broken trouser hanger in the back of the wardrobe!) and a length of garden twine.
I thought I’d have a look at the manufacturer’s website http://www.pottoproduct.co.uk. They actually collect plastic plant pots from around the country via garden centres and melt them down to make other things – bird feeders, sundials, house name plates and so on.
