my garden is at its best right now part of it left to its own devices except that i weed it often. We will start at the top and by the time we get to the pink Rhododendron we will have dropped down 50 steps
Primula Sieboldii in the Peat bed under the magnolia
Acer Disectum flowering as the leaves unfold
Another Acer this time in a container it has red stems
Viburnum Carlesii Aaurora the scent nearly knocks you over
Prmirose worth a shot
A jack in the green primrose this time
Striped Camelia next photo show the other side same plant all the flowers white this year
some this side touched by frost
Kerria Japonica flowering late this year where many others are now as normal ( whatever that is)
White Trilium. showing the yellow Hellebore top left now over with many seed pods
self sown seedling from the yellow Hellebore growing fast and making first proper leaves, the ones that were sown in a pot have yet to germinate
Sanguinaria Canadensis Flora Plena unfortunately the flowers are short lived
(This is I think is HealerWitch territory)
Small flowered Rhododendron large plant the colour on the photo does not do it justice
Camelia Wisley White recentley added to the open ground as it had out grown its pot and the leaves are yellowing
First of the large hybrid Rhododendrons to flower many more in the next few weeks
Back up the steps to the smallest of Primulas Scotica and a beauty seen better in a pot with me.
END OF TOUR

The striped Camellia is beautiful, the Acers are lovely and the Sanguinaria is gorgeous .... i planted one last year and i think the slugs have had it, because there's no evidence of it anywhere :-(((((
