I am happily exhausted after shopping and having lunch out in Chichester ... then walking around a country centre afterwards ... had a lovely day ... and I have birthday GC vouchers waiting to be used ... lol! ... :o) x

Thankyou Wildrose - our son and his wife bought me some 'Shirley' Tulips, as well as 'Negrita' a few years ago ... I joined GoY as Megan75 which only served to confuse members after a while as our cat is Megan and I'm not 75 ... hence the change of name ... "you don't have to be mad" etc. comes to mind! ... :o)

Lincs - I think I may buy an evergreen shrub and take out some of the anonymous pink Geraniums as they are past their sell-by date now! ....... Thanks Surreylad & Petaltracey :o)) ....... That Plum cake hasn't been made this year, Kay, definite lack of Plums on the tree ... :o( .......
Lol, Ba - after passing so many shops where the clothes were suited to under 30's - I bought a couple of Cardigans, lightweight and not the 'ever so short with three-quarter sleeves' that seem to be the fashion now - lots of Summer stuff in the sales though - no point with the current weather! .......

Pam - how do you qualify for a Scottish bus pass when you live in East Midlands - or have you moved and just kept quiet about it? ... lol! .......

I tend to buy lots of stuff from charity shops Shirley, nothing grabs my attention in the shops at the moment. I wonder if I send a list of my family birthdays, Bloomer would send me a reminder in a pm lol? My poor family also end up without Christmas cards which I buy every year and hardly ever get round to sending:-( Bloomer, could you remind me when it's C*******s?;-)

I bought a really nice M&S Per Una top in a charity shop for a fiver when we were away in Devon - still had the price tag of £12.99 on - my bargain of that day! ... :o)
