My main borders are a mess so I’m showing only my good bits
Rather like this fuchsia, it’s in a big pot on my patio nearest the house.
My favourite fern.
Climbing fuchsia, red one trying to reach the extension roof!
Not much else to look at I’m afraid:-) Just thought I would put pic of shizostylus on. does everyones look like this, very weak stemmed or am I doing something wrong?

I notice Bloomer didn't suggest Russell - perhaps he didn't fit the criterial!!
You have such a pretty garden Ba and the fuschias are gorgeous. I love the blend of colours in the fifth picture and I too love ferns.
Enjoy the many lovely places in your garden and don't worry about the other bits. Tackle them very, very gradually. Our beds get the better of us every year especially from about late July onwards!!!

Looks fab BA, the shot of pink at the bottom in third pic looks amazing, is that the sun shining on it? Looks very inspirational :-))

Ha ha ,Chris,,were you making sure I didn't miss your comment ? Sometimes,I do need telling twice Lol ..Russell is passing on his skills to a younger generation now,or so he would have me believe !

Just noticed Dl, even my slabs look a bit pinky. Pink seems to have been my theme this summer:-)
Now Bloomer and Wildrose, you're both as bad as each other ... no one offered me a fit young man:-( Guess what, Wild thing rose gone, but gave up on getting deutzia out so got saw out and it's about 3 inches from soil level. Feeling pleased with myself :-}

Well.that was a job well done,Ba..and you are right to feel pleased ,no need for a fit young man after all..who needs em ! :o)

Well done Ba, just don't overdo it!
Pace yourself!!
And, if a young man should turn up any day soon, have the fork and spade and saw ready!!

23 Sep, 2019
Is that where the pony is. Bottler said he lost him and he has been up and down Ireland and the UK looking for him. Don't worry Ba, the next time I see bottler I will tell him where to get poney.
23 Sep, 2019
NOOOOOO I'll send the pony back to you and you can give him to Bottler. I never want to see that man again!!!!
