That's worse than our frost for sure. Very beautiful though. It was -3 in my unheated greenhouse last night. I think being closer to the coast keeps us a bit warmer.

Oh goodness me, we had a cold night, and it's a tad fresh, but spent most of the day in the garden, managed to get a lot done, at last !!<( ̄︶ ̄)>(✿^‿^)

The frost just transforms everything and the whole scene is magical.
Love the close ups.
I would like to see a frosty scene down here - maybe tomorrow?

Thanks Meadow, fascinating shrubs.
Yes She, better than rain.
Karen, Dotty, I wished I lived nearer the coast, being in the middle of the country means we are not close to the sea at all.
Wildrose, I'll send you some down :-)

Thanks for taking the trouble to share your lovely frosty photos 🙂 Heavy frost here which didn’t disperse until after 3.00pm and it was starting to get dark soon after. We had been for a walk, and my eyesight is improving day by day :) .

That's great news Sheila, I'm really pleased for you :-)
We had lots of sunshine but didn't get much above freezing all day either.

Its even harder here this morning. But so beautiful in the sunshine! I hope it stays cold. I don’t enjoy the dark grey damp weather at all.

I agree Karen, anything is better than fog and rain.

I'm listening to the song by Maureen McGovern - 'The Morning After. Great pictures Dawn!

Absolutely beautiful pics, Dawn! Really effective and shows the shrubs in another light, doesn’t it! I much prefer a frosty, misty, crisp morning to a damp, driech autumn/winter..
