You can just see the sea as we are about 9 miles from the sea at Hastings Hywel. I love this area its not been spoilt by big roads and is very walkable.

This area is called '1066 country' its where the Battle of Hastings was fought on Senlac Hill. We are very lucky there is no port at Hastings so no big road has replaced the A21 and spoilt it (though it only takes me an hour to drive into london).

It must be wonderful to live in such a beautiful area. You have great views and walks all round. It looks like the sea in the last photo.
