Doesn`t it put a spring in your step when you have a lovely sight like this as you walk along.

It's a wonderful time. So cheerful. You live in a lovely place. It must be very enjoyable to walk through the village and see all the bulbs coming into flower.

It has many timber framed houses dating from the 14th – 17th C. and not one antique shop so it has remained unspoilt. Unusually the church is in a tiny hamlet a mile away. It was badly flooded in 2000/1 and many very old cellars had to be pumped out but we now have flood defences in the roads.

I'm sure someone will.I have been asking about one of mine, but not sure if the leaf is the same.I love that shade of blue, especially with the Daffs...lovely.

I think the blue ones are scilla siberica (siberian squill) and the white ones are leucojum vernum (spring snowflake).

I agree SG if you make things nice, people seem to take more care how they treat them.
