Thanks Elsiemay,one of my favourites.
It is looking good this year,Lou.I repotted it two years ago,so it only had two flowers on last year, but now it has settled in,I was delighted to see it has 16 now.Another good buy from Wilkinsons..£1.50p ..I love that shop :o)).I might get a white one next...

So lovely!

Another plant I have in the garden. I think the Nile lilies are a lot hardier than people realise. Mine died down completely during the last winter, but came back and gave a good display again.

I have never risked leaving it out in the winter Gd,with it being in a tub,so I either put it in the shed,or coldframe.so far,so good..:o0

We nearly had a Wilkinsons and then there was a silly planning problem ... and we lost out :o(((

Thats a shame,as they are so cheap.I see the same things at garden centres at more than double the price sometimes..

17 Feb, 2011

Yes, they are inexpensive for gardening items, and for other products such as budgie sand sheets.. :o)))

Lots of pet products are really good aren't they? We have been getting BOGOFF fat balls for the birds..good value,as they are going through them in no time..

It is,Tommy..good job I tell the truth, isn't it ? Lol...That is why I double checked..just in case...glad you like it..It is still covered up in the shed ,so I will take a look tomorrow to see if it's sprouting again..and thank you..
oops ! a little mistake..I said it was £1 not £1.50....:o)))

Ha ha ha, I noticed the price discrepancy -- but I was polite enough NOT to point that out :o)

It was quite a bargain anyway :-)
Lucky you Bloomer!!
