Lovely - but how are they still flowering!!??

It'd been very mild with no frost, that's why. But those days are gone. It's getting colder and these cannas will finally stop flowering..

Aah, I see you're in Norfolk, that's probably why! Up here on the north east coast it's been really cold the last few day, a really heavy frost this morning.

Poor Sheilar..
Please take care; keep yourself warm! (For your info, I live in Norfolk but the photo was taken in France. A bit warmer down there, although it can be very cold in winter.)
Crissue,
Yes.. It's been nice and warm but it seems the long mild spell is going away at last. So sad. How's the weather like Crissue? I looked at the weather forecast and Friday's lowest temperature near our place in France will go down to -3... (top temperature: 15)

That's about right, we're inland more, so our temps are higher....We have a very mild morning here again, but a heavy mist, that's lingering...I have hanging baskets still flowering and out most of the time...and Tulip bulbs poking through the soil, crazy isn't it...:)))

Ohh your place is south of Lyon. I've never been to the region and I don't know anything except the fact that Lyon is a gastronomic capital of France. It's mild here in Norfolk too this morning, thank goodness, and no mist. I looked at some of your photos and you had strawberries in November! Very crazy but nice :)
