the photos are beautiful, so it was fun seeing them twice :o)))

Clever to do it on a phone, Holly. I am useful with a mobile - my fingers seem too big to cope! Lovely photos and such a lot of cheerful spring colour :)

You have a lovely selection of spring flowers,Holly,and some beautiful vibrant colours..such a lovely time of year..my tulips should be open next week,with a bit of luck ! some didn't flower last year,but they all are ,this year.:o)

Thank you everyone, I usually take my garden pics on phone these days, so much easier and phone usually close to hand. The quality is very good and easy to upload and write about.... only when I done the blog I pressed on wrong pics a couple of times.

So many Tulips to start with, I thought perhaps you should change your avatar name for "Tulip lady"! LOL!

I was down on Gerry's allotment for a few minutes yesterday & his Tulips look much better than in any of the previous five years I'd seen them!

Even my Tulips are flowering again this year! I don't normally get many that flower the following year after being planted for the first time - let alone 3 years in a row! I put it down to having planted all my surviving bulbs in a plastic Strawberry planter 2 years ago. There they don't get nearly as much water as the other plants & as they prefer a drier site it obviously suits them.

Lol balcony, they have certainly been lovely this year. I buy new bulbs every year as I found they didnt flower well if left in. Good idea with your strawberry planter... :)

That's what I've always thought yet down on Gerry's allotment he has them growing in the ground & they have been there since before I started helping him - 5 years ago! This year they look really magnificent!

Good to hear balcony, they must like all the rain we had this winter.... I've seen tulips in other gardens that have come up each year....

So have I. In our church gardens there pre some dusky pink ones near the entrance doors that come up every year. :-))

Iciar can be virtually anyone! There seems to be glitch in the programming that has never been found that causes a few people to have Iciar as their avatar. I've read people who have been affected though I don't recall at present who has been affected by it.

That explains my comment above! I thought you knew. It's a problem that surfaces from time to time that I thought all regular GoYers knew about.
