Sunday morning, we went to visit OH’s mum, she’d had another overnight stay in hospital due to one of her AF/cardiac episodes.. medication altered and awaiting a procedure as yet. Feeling a ‘little’ better, she’s been enjoying the recent pleasant sunny days although, as agreed…we need some rain!!!!

Glad you had such a beautiful day 🙂.
It was hot here so I donned SHORTS, but with a sweater ... OH said I looked like a postman!

Great photos, Kate. I love the Euphorbias, all growing so nice & straight. I hope your Mum in Law is better soon.

Thank you, Sheila! You did me chuckle! Shame your name isn’t Pat - it would be been so apt wouldn’t it!
It’s a good sign you had shorts on...warm weather ahead hopefully! 🩳📮😃

Thank you for your kind message, Klahanie. It’s been awful for so many people this past 12 months..the virus has really put a lot of procedures and treatment on hold...

Yes, that’s right, Julia! She has the array of orchids. Fingers crossed she has her procedure soon! Thanks for your message..
I’ve one of the lanterns, which we both bought but didn’t realise we had the same one until I saw hers last year..
There are some really pretty lanterns and garden ornaments out there right now!

Thank you, Josee for your kind thoughts.
Yes, I was impressed with the euphorbia! I can’t seem to grow them myself! Sadly..

Your Mum in law is a fortunate lady to have you for a daughter in law! A nurse and a gardener - what more could she want?
Shorts? wow, I thought I was doing well just not wearing my fleece.... Yes its astonishingly dry for the time of year - ground really hard.
