Chatting to Karen about her new pond and wildlife arriving, I mentioned that it wouldn’t take long before the pond had its own inhabitants and visitors, my girl had a surprise over the easter weekend as special guests arrived in her garden to check out the pond…
Sorry about the quality of the pics, it was early morning on a very damp dull day and they were taken through the window..
As you can see its not a very big garden but that didn’t seem to deter them at that time, Juliet was concerned for their safety as she has a labrador and two very lively cats but her biggest worry and it did make me laugh was the fact that her pond was at that time a mass of frogspawn, they have since been spotted wandering around on the playing field at the back of the gardens and she wonders if they do visit sometimes when alls quiet, however she now has hundreds of tadpoles so alls well, lol…..
