What a blessedly big heart you have to offer others such kindness and well wishes at this time of year knowing how painful your recent loss was. Thank you for your thoughts of us as we think of you in the coming New Year.

Thankyou all of you, I really appreciate all your lovely comments, I lost my way for a while there, October was the turning point for me, I was numb until then, still unable to cry, then for the first time since I lost my Derek, it suddenly hit me that for over 60yrs I was not looking for the perfect gifts and a card, that situation got worse as we headed towards xmas, all of us were feeling our loss but we did get through, the weather was not helping me as I was not able to get outside, truth to tell I was in a sense hibernating, doing only what was neccessary, otherwise I simply could not be bothered.
I've pulled myself together, still have my moments but I'm able to show my grief now instead of being locked up inside me, anyway onwards and upwards, its a new year and I'm back on track... and that is good......
Its been terrible hasn't it, my heart breaks for those affected by the floods and the other terrible things that are happening in other parts of our world but I'm raring to go in my small part, not a lot I can do at the moment but I'm making my plans.......x
