Brian has sent me, along with half the UK GoY members, this beautiful little fern. My husband Barry is known as the packaging king in these parts and he was very impressed with this delivery. :o))) Thank you Brian.

Linda
That was good less than 24 hrs in the post.
I was thinking (That's unusual a few will say)
In a years time a picture of each little Fern would be nice, to see the different situations they are being grown in they are quite adaptable so there are lots of possibilities.most are gone now the only ones I have not sent are the two that wanted them outside the UK
and as they don't lend themselves to removing the soil its a bit of a problem.

mine is on the kitchen windowsill at the moment and looks quite happy
Brian i have never seen a parcel packed as well as you pack them.

Well said Sticki. I have put mine outside on my west facing bedroom windowsill. I put my little treasures there until the grow up. Not too much sun (that's a laugh) and no slugs!!! I will put it out in the garden and send you a photo next year Brian. This is a very good plant adoption society!!!

Bjs was kind enough to send me a baby fern too, lol we can compare notes and see how our babies do.
Is there a special "plant package" that one can buy, or is it just use what's to hand that's closest to the size needed? lol maybe Bjs could do a "packing workshop"!

He certainly could Fran. Hope your baby fern is doing well. :o)

Mines is also on the kitchen window ledge, staying there for a while I think, when are you all going to move yours up a pot size? X I'm terrified of killing mines!!!

I'll wait until I see the roots coming out the bottom of the pot before potting it up.
