how do you make the mushrooms,is it cement and doesnt it break in the winter,also are you putting an elf on top and how big are they,chris

yes it is cement chris and know it wont break in winter as i use a plasticiser and its reinforced with wire and brick ties and old wire.no the elf could be a full grown person as the tallest one is about 3 feet tall lol .
im having an open garden for charity and i had some bits knocking about so i thaught id make my garden better or different especialy as it goes to a good cause. the local hospice .not to mention i love doing it to lol .thanx glad you like it .

i was thinking about faries under the mushrooms nosey lol You have been busy. Got to say I especially like the picture of the blue flowers - lovely. I hope the picture over the pond doesnt frighten the inhabitants of the pond ha ha. You are clever!

these are brill. Do you do film set and theatre design???? I bought my house as it had been owned before by soneone very similar - the kitchen was a cross between a romany caravan and an egyptian des res. The two reception rooms were sub-divided into 3 rooms with the entrance to the front room behind an invisible door (revolving secret bookcase). Inside it was like a bedouin tent. Utterly magical and charming and soooo individual. I fell in love.
