Oh Sorry Sandra .. Jane usually says Jane here when replying to avoid confusion.We had wondered whether to come on seperately but then thought who on goy wants to listen to our domestics ?

Did you put the cat out ? bring the washing in ..we only have one camera and computer so agreed to share so goy brought us closer together well at least we sit in the same room now ..x

Great place Goathland we went there from Whitby on the steam train, lovely journey and within about .... oooh! say five mins of being there, the heavens opened and that put paid to exploring, so we just went and had a cream tea at the cafe at the far end of the village.
Did you know that the railway station was also featured on one of the Harry Potter movies too?

Love Yorkshire as almost on the doorstop. we used to have a caravan here many moons ago, the picure is typical of the Yokrshire scenery wonderful wild countryside, moors and vales.

As Bscott says Morgana very close to Whitby ..Malham still North Yorkshire but over 60 miles west from here in the Yorkshire Dales.

Oh Janey lol BB does not stand for Bonkers Barbara ! Doesnt always rain in Yorkshire we ve had a few leap years where that extra day was beautiful ...did you ever find Draculas grave those 199 steps keep you fit .

Your right its very beautiful around there, bit like Terra slightly confused there for a while but had a really good laugh...........

We stayed in Whitby once in a little pub on the waterfront overlooking where the fishing boats come in about 4am unloading their catches. The steps do keep you fit but it's the view that takes your breath away at the top.
