Janette I`ve just mentioned this on my latest blog. Mine`s growing on a West facing fence it was given to me by bro-in-law and I must admit its a bit of a thug that hasn`t needed any protection.

My husband bought me 2 on hsn or qvc, 2 years ago, I gave one away to a club member. one of the same is enough for me. Does anyone know if it will grow outdoors in zone 6?
I have not had a flower yet, allthough it is a huge ball of stems and leaves.
what have do you use for soil in it, and what and how often do you fertilize it?
It is out, on my,so-east deck.
Mine is called" Blue Crown", If it ever flowers I'll get a picture to post.

i had one like this, and it was so big, it seemed to take over, it also has orange fruit on it, so i was told by my KEEN gardener friend to cut it back hard as it will produce new shoots and be more manageable so i did and KILLED IT.... I WAS SO UPSET SO PLEASE MY ADVICE WOULD BE TO ASK SOMEONE AT A NURSERY WHO WOULD KNOW MORE X X X GOOD LUCK X X
