This is a lovely form of Ribes , the flowers are very rich,I have one out-side my kitchen window.

I look forward to seeing the Ribes each year they seem to go with Daffodils and spring .. :o)

My Ribes was cut back hard last year to stop it getting out of hand. It has fewer, larger flowers this year. Last year the blackbirds had one of their nests in it....very welcome.

The ribes round here in the gardens are really lovely this year. The cold winter must have done them good.

Thanks for all the nice comments , guys I think your got it right Linda the bad winter seems to have done this Ribes some good as well ..its bursting with flowers...the best it,s been for a long while....
