Ditto Janette....minus 2 but feels colder in this north east wind........oh well it can only get better as they say !

A very lovely tulip. I have to say I cannot remember such a consistently cold May.....ever. If I was as beautiful as Angelique I would not be colouring up and spreading my outer petals either.

This tulip is appropriately named isn't it! Its heavenly! As for the weather, it's like a never ending winter! Still, the sun is shining here again today and I shall try to find a sheltered spot to enjoy the sun for a few minutes at some point!

I too have these they are almost like roses so many petals and they last for ages!

I am glad I did plant them Sewinkilla and your right they have lasted for age,s .....

I planted some of these the year before last and they did well but only three leaves appeared this year. Don't know what happened to them. Perhaps Australia are having a good show.....LOL
