You don't expect this to be a saxifrage, from the rosette leaves, do you? Saxifraga x urbium. Interestingly, in some parts of the USA (so I have read), Lychnis chalcedonica is also known as "London Pride". - It all just gets more confusing, lol!

Hey ho...such is (plant) life!! lol....nearly as confusing as the English language at times...:-)

My sentiments as well, Wagger, blue skies here in Kent too. The council are mowing the grass around the pond and it smells lovely - a real summery smell :)
