They do Homebird...there are so many buds this year...:o)

They are really a show stopper, its a pity you cannot propegate seed from them!

You know more than me Carole.....I didn't know you couldn't...what happens if those big pods sprinkle their seeds everywhere?

Janey I notice you said "there are so many buds this year". I noticed that too. Last year I had only about 4 or 5. This year I can count at least 15 buds and I think there are still new buds forming! About 5 have flowered so far. Wonder if it has anything to do with the way the weather went hot then cold again in April/May ... ??

Hi Garden fairy, yes I think the late wet spring has really suited them, I think there are 23 buds and flowers at least this year, and the plant is so large, I'm going to have to move it when it's finished!
