Penstemon 'Heavenly Blue'

I bought one of these, but it seems to have a pinker flush to it. Maybe it's because I haven't planted it yet.

Not with the sameone, Louise - not hardy enough. Maybe Penstemon cyananthus which it says tolerates -20C.

That is beautiful. Going to put it on my faves because like Wagger, It's just never going to be a success in my garden!
