The plant bloomed really well last year. I did the middle flowers one by one over time. Then I finished the picture in February when I got fed up with the sun not coming out for days on end. I put it in the latched frame that I keep to display pictures I like for a while. More recently I have been doing colour pencil work. I was pleased to find I can still manage the watercolour technique.

Beautiful, what a work of art, you are very talented, Dorjac. I hope it has pride of place on your wall, it would certainly cheer up the winter months :)

Not so good a flowering season this year Muddy due to that rotten 2 month drought during a warm April. It did raise my spirits a lot to find I could still turn out a decent watercolour after using colour pencils over quite a long period.
