Handsom Frog!

I'm confused! (It doesn't take much) - can't work out if this is a frog or a toad - either way it is a great photo.

At first I thought it was a frog but maybe your'e right. He looks like one of my frogs from last year though and as I didn't see him hop or walk, now I'm not so sure!
Lovely amphibian though, he sat there so regally!

I think you boys are right, it's a toad! I went out again and gave it a stroke and frogs tend to hop away, whereas toads stay still. Paul whats a natterjack?

I will call him Jack anyhow!!! My husband has just named my goldfish Perry! Sadly my black goldfish died the other day, so we just have Perry goldfish and 3 minnows in the indoor tank!

lovely toad lulu, it looks bumpy so not a frog, toads like damp areas but not to keen on water unlike frogs who love water, great pic

I wish Stevie! My froggies all died this winter. I was tempted to move some excess frog spawn from a friends pond but thought I'd let nature take it's course!

with a bit of rain they'll all pile in there no worries, if you build it they will come : )
