Hi DD I've got two small Box plants grown from cuttings... One is a single stem, with a good head, the other has several stems, they are both slow growing Box, and ready for another prune...I would like to have a go at the 'Cloud Pruning' where to start top or bottom....I've done my Pittisporum, but that is a much softer shrub to do...tips ...s'il vous plait....thanks...

Hi I picked out a leader first as the main stem, and then pruned out all the unwanted branches just keeping the strongest, I do it by eye, I would use the Box with several stems if it was me.....as you say Pittosporum is easier to train, have you put a pic on?
BA I had trampled all over the border with my big feet, the Box was right at the back of the border, so it was very difficult to get at........still our visitors did not notice, luckily lol

Hi DD....I lost my nerve at the end, so have kept them as they were...maybe I'll look for one already done when the sales start...(she says)... :))
Yes I did put a pick on of the pittisporum...I'll look for the page and post it...
