it seems to be hit and miss whether photos of pictures come out okay doesn't it. I'm sure your original has even more clarity, but nevertheless, from this, I can see it is a really lovely painting :o)

This is another great painting Carole , I love the houses and water goodness knows how you do them so quickly and so realistic it would take me all week to do a brick :o))

I love your latest painting of Bruge,Carole,and just as I remember it..I have sailed under that bridge ,,a very pretty place..and all those hand made chocolate shops there..at a price ! :o)

thats lovely carole and love the reflexion you have on the water, very nice, i love oils just wish they dried quicker, thou you can get quicker drying oils now, cant remember the name off my head :o))

Sticki we did go on the Euro Star, very fast and smooth journey, although it was 12 years ago, I was just looking through the photos and thought it would be a challenge to paint ;0)

think i will look it up, especially if it looks this good and then chocolate on top!?? heaven.

Thats brilliant Carole, love the way you've captured the reflections in the water, should think thats quite hard with oils.

lol Sticki another Choc acholic, dont think you will be disappointed if you go beautiful buildings and very atmospheric, it was very misty in the evenings you would be in heaven with your camera;0)

Lordy Carole, another masterpiece! Thought I recognised Bruges, went there over 20 years ago, a snow blizzard all weekend, so we didn't see much outside of those chocolate shops, but would love to see it in the Spring, like this....

Worth another trip Janey, weather permitting dont think you would be disappointed, it was very cold when we went, but were able to explore well wrapped up;0)

Another wonderful painting. Think about displaying them somewhere in your locality. Perhaps your local library would put them up. I did it once in ours and sold some for a charity.
