they look like a little game!! i counted 7 on one plant yesterday,

Nice to see them isn't it , there are two lots on this frame our son spotted them at Christmas time ...........

Oh, lucky you Amy. I read on line that you can feed them so they will stay around in your garden....just can't remember what now?!@# Where the eggs are laid that is where they stay...

Aren't there lots about at the moment,some are quite lively too for the time of year, obviously they think its spring too :-)

I wonder what you feed them with Alex some kind of aphids I should think .
We do seem to have a lot here N3 whatever time of the year , I hope so Maureen that would be nice , there's more where these are TT , it must be the milder weather Kathy it was on the news tonight that we are due for a ground frost tomorrow perhaps they snuggle together for warmth and protection ...

You shouldn't have any greenfly next spring Amy, there seems to be more and more of them doesn't there. Lots in my garden too and still out and about. They seem to like the under rim of the garden wheelie bin, I do keep telling them it's not safe!....lol

It's odd Janey some people haven't seen any and we have lots , they do seem to get into the strangest places , the wheelie bin is a deffinate NO No , I hope they are clinging on tightly ;o))

Been in the garden today, first time for an age, didnt see any Ladybirds though, dont think they like the weather up north ;0))

Amazing to see them like that, Amy. I wandered round my garden this morning but didn't think to look for ladybirds. It was a bit frosty so I expect they were snuggled up somewhere :)

They look happy all clustered together :-)

We do seem to have a lot here lets hope they survive the winter this bunch haven't exactly covered themselves very well .......

Maybe they'll cluster someone warmer this weekend. Certainly colder here today. Put the washing out today before work, got home after 5pm and the towels are as stiff as a board, so frosty, lol.

I've never seen so many in one place...not sat sitting still anyway Amy ;)))

Me too...I'm pleased after three years of starting our garden from scratch we've got I would think a reasonable share of all the good and bad bugs, butterflies, bees and Birds that a garden should have...:)))

LOL Dawn I remember year ago dropping an article off the line when it was frozen and it broke ,I couldn't believe it !!
Ladybirds seem to like this area Sue the other year they were sweeping them up along the coast people were walking on them .
They are good to have Noah they eat all the nasty aphids.
Well done Sue you have obviously worked hard at getting the balance right for the wild life :o))

Yes we do feel pleased, tho we have to be on patrol with the cats, one thinks butterflies and moths are fair game, while the other thinks all the birds are trespassing...:)))
