Its daughters birthday Dawn, so its a special.....and I was in the ustairs bedroom, (now my craft room), so no he didnt get anything, but have put the remains of pork chops out tonight......

On top of the shed ! I wonder why he was up there ? it feels safe I suppose , it might become a regular spot for sunbathing Maureen :o)

Have you ever seen the results of a fox on a Hen house or on a field of Ewes and lambs ?? I appreciate that they are wild animals and very beautiful ones - but they do enormous damage to people like me who keep poultry and geese....free ranging and happy and my neighbours who are trying to make a living with their sheep ..the Ewes will be dropping lambs at the end of Feb here in mid wales and a fox can take 5/6 newborn lambs at one go..absolute disaster for the farmer or for me with my 9 hens and 4 geese. One of my geese was attacked in the middle of the afternoon, within sight of the house by a fox who grabbed her wing and tried to run...result lots of wing feather lost and lots of blood and although I heard the commotion in time to stop any further attack, poor Angel was traumatised for weeks.. not wanting to go for a swim or a WANDER IN CASE THE NASTY FOX WAS STILL AROUND.
